Shipping Policy: Our products are shipped from international and domestic warehouses, including locations in China and the United States. Processing times are typically 2–5 business days, followed by estimated delivery times of 5–10 business days for U.S.-shipped orders and 7–20 business days for China-shipped orders, depending on the destination and carrier. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, holidays, weather, or carrier delays beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier, and we are not liable for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.
