Return policy
Return & Refund Policy: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. Items must remain unused and in their original packaging, and unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
